Most landlords will not rent exclusively to students, unless they live in proximity to a large university. Since students attend classes, they may not be as financially reliable as some full-time workers. In some cases a student can rent an apartment by proving monthly income, or by having someone who is not a student sign the lease and live in the rental with them.
